1. Boil 600ml water. Add noodles and cook 5 minutes.

2. Drain, keeping ~8 tbsp water in the pan.

3. Add sauce sachet, stir on low heat 30 seconds until creamy.

4. Plate, top with sesame & seaweed flakes. Optional: soft-boiled egg, mozzarella, scallions.

Pro hack: Onsen egg + kewpie mayo + scallions for the full TikTok version.

Storage: Cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.

How spicy is Buldak Carbonara, really?

At around 2,500 SHU, Carbonara sits at the level of a medium-spicy jalapeño and is the mildest of the Buldak variants. The Carbonara sauce noticeably tones down the heat with milk and cheese components vs. the Original (4,404 SHU). Perfect for your first Buldak experience.

Is Buldak Carbonara halal?

Yes. Samyang Foods is KMF-certified (Korea Muslim Federation). This applies to all Buldak variants, including Carbonara.

Does it contain pork or chicken meat?

No. Buldak Carbonara contains neither pork nor chicken meat — the "Hot Chicken" in the name refers to the artificial chicken flavor in the sauce, not actual meat.

How long does it keep?

Sealed, at least 12 months from production date. We guarantee a best-before date of at least 6 months on arrival — if that's ever not the case, we'll refund the full amount.

Is it vegan or vegetarian?

Vegetarian yes, vegan no. Carbonara contains milk powder, butter powder, and mozzarella aroma powder.
